CIRCT 2026 Speakers

Keynote Speaker I
Prof. Xianping Fu, Dalian Maritime University, China
Xianping Fu is currently a full professor, doctoral supervisor, and the dean of the Information Science and Technology College, Dalian Maritime University (DMU), China. He is the head of first-level disciplines Computer Science and Technology discipline of DMU, the director of the Liaoning Underwater Robot Engineering Research Center, and the leader of the Liaoning High-level Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team. He received the Liaoning Outstanding Talent, the Liaoning Distinguished Teacher, the Dalian Leading Talent, and the Excellent Graduate Tutors. He was a postdoctoral fellow at Tsinghua University and Harvard University, and an RPB international research scholar in the United States. He has presided over 30 national and provincial-level research projects, published more than 200 peer-reviewed scientific papers, and applied for more than 50 patents. He received the second prize of the National Excellent Teaching Achievement Award, the Gold Award of the Seventh International Invention Expo, and the first prize of the Liaoning Excellent Teaching Achievement Award.

Keynote Speaker II
Prof. Feng Ding, Jiangnan University, China
Feng Ding was born in Guangshui, Hubei Province, China. He received his B. Sc. degree from the Hubei University of Technology (Wuhan, China) in 1984, and his M. Sc. and Ph. D. degrees both from the Tsinghua University (Beijing, China) in 1991 and 1994. From 1984 to 1988, he was an Electrical Technician at the Hubei Pharmaceutical Factory, Xiangfan, China. From 1994 to 2002, he was with the Department of Automation at the Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. From 2002 to 2005, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow/Research Associate at the University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada. He has been a professor in the School of Internet of Things Engineering at the Jiangnan University (Wuxi, China) since 2004. He has published over seven hundred papers and has authored or coauthored the books {\it Adaptive Control Systems} (Tsinghua University Press, Beijing, 2002) and {\it Modern Control Theory} (Tsinghua University Press, Beijing, 2018), and five books on {\it System Identification-New Theory and Methods} (2013), {\it System Identification-Performance Analysis for Identification Methods} (2014), {\it System Identification-Multi-Innovation Identification Theory and Methods} (2016), {\it System Identification-Auxiliary Model Identification Idea and Methods} (2017), {\it System Identification-Iterative Search Principle and Identification Methods} (2018) at Science Press, Beijing, China. His research interests include model identification and adaptive control.

Keynote Speaker III
Prof. Chunyi Su, Guangdong University of Technology, China
As a national-appointed special expert, "Changjiang Scholar" Chair professor, "Guangdong Special Support Project" outstanding talent (Nanyue Baijie), he has long been engaged in the control of robots and mechatronic systems, and has achieved a series of original research results with international impact. In recent years, he has led and participated in a number of research projects including 973, 863, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the key technology research projects of strategic emerging industries in Guangdong Province. He has published more than 500 papers in prestigious journals and international conferences in his research field, with a SCI citation of more than 8700 times, many of which are listed as ESI highly cited papers. So far, Google Scholar has shown a citation of more than 14300 times, and Google Scholar h-Index is 61. He has served as Associate Editor for several flagship control journals including "IEEE Trans. on Automatic Control", "IEEE Trans. on Control Systems Technology " and Guest Editors for several journals, and is also on the editorial board of 18 internationally renowned publications. He has served as conference chairs and program committee chairs for nearly 30 international conferences including IEEE conferences. He is also a project evaluation expert for the Natural Science Award and National Science and Technology Progress Award.
